We’re seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the fast-paced world of IT. You will be responsible for shaping our brand, driving customer engagement, propelling our growth, and leading a team of marketing specialists.


  • Identifies, develops, and evaluates comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Develop and management marketing qualified lead generation and inbound marketing programs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Monitors and optimizes the effectiveness of various campaigns.
  • Develops content strategies for the Company’s website to ensure it is aligned with Brite’s objectives.
  • Stays abreast of new marketing trends, search trends and opportunities to implement into the Company’s strategy when appropriate.
  • Consults with the sales teams to gain insight into the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
  • Manages the Company’s MarTech stack including all marketing automation and emailing tools.
  • Manages the marketing budget and allocates resources effectively amongst projects.
  • Be a liaison with external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Advise the leaderships team on local, national, or international factors that may affect the buying and selling of products and services.
  • Confers with legal to resolve problems, such as privacy policy and posted terms and conditions.


  • Hires, trains, and supervises the marketing team staff.
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of the marketing team, recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotions, performance improvement plans, and dismissals.
  • Oversees routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Establishes and enforces proper marketing strategies, policies, and principles.
  • Sets and facilitates the achievement of department objectives.


  • Accomplishes all other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and a minimum of five years’ prior marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of related work experience, training and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required.


  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, NetSuite (CRM), or similar CRM tools, HubSpot or other lead generation and marketing automation software.
  • Proficient use of various social media platforms.
  • Excellent listening skills.

Pay Range: $95,000 – $125,000
